By using the Web Shop service bebecentar.com and all associated pages on the bebecentar domain .hr is considered that consumers are familiar with these Terms of Purchase (hereinafter: Terms) at all times, and that they fully understand and accept them. These Terms apply to the rights and obligations related to the purchase of products via the Web bebecentar.com, and the rights and obligations arising from the conclusion of a Distance Selling Agreement (hereinafter: the Agreement) between the consumer as the end customer and the bebecentar Web Shop. com are considered an integral part of such contracts.

2. ONLINE PURCHASE THROUGH "WEB SHOP Serendipity, trade for services and trade" CONCLUSION AND TERMINATION OF THE SALE AGREEMENT

These Terms, as well as the individual terms of sale indicated with the information on certain products, represent the offer of Serendipity, a trade for services and a trade for the conclusion of the Agreement, and the user as a customer, by registering, concluding an order or otherwise determined by these Terms, accepts them, which is considered to be concluded Agreement between the user and Serendipity, a service and trade business, and according to the terms of sale specified in these Terms.

By registering in the Web Shop bebecenar.com and/or signing up for the Newsletter, the user gives his consent that the Web Shop store can inform him via email about changes or additions to pages, discounts, promotions, products or changes in the way the service is provided, for the purpose of promoting services and products. . The user can change his mind at any time and unsubscribe from the newsletter recipient list.

The purpose of the Agreement is the purchase of the selected product through the Web Shop of the store with the payment of the corresponding fee (price) of that product and the associated price of the delivery service of the same product. The contract is concluded by means of remote communication (Contract concluded at a distance) by means of: internet order in the Web Shop of the store, printed promotional messages with the purchase order and telephone with human mediation. The user is authorized to choose the option for the seller to inform him about new products, products on sale, etc. (newsletter). After successful registration (correctly filling in all required information), a notification about successful registration will be sent to the user's e-mail. The products that can be purchased are advertised on the domain www.bebecentar.com, and with each product information on the product specification and price is listed. The price and delivery conditions are listed in the column of the same name.

All product prices on the website www.bebecentar.hr are final. Before concluding the Agreement, the user has the opportunity to review the Terms and Conditions by clicking on the Terms of Sale section. The contract enters into force and is binding from the moment the user accepts the offer, Serendipity, a trade for services and trade, in one of the following ways:

- by selecting payment and completing the order as a registered or unregistered user of the Web Shop bebecentar.com

In the process of registering or creating a user account, the user is obliged to choose a name or names under which he will provide services and choose a security password and submit a valid e-mail address. All data required for registration or creation of a user account must be true, and the use or use of third-party data is expressly prohibited.

The registration or user account is created only for one person and it is not allowed to communicate information about the registration or user account to third parties. The user is obliged to keep information about his security password and user account. The use of someone else's registration or user account is not allowed.

For violation of the provisions of the Terms from this chapter, Serendipity, trade for services and commerce reserves the right, at its discretion, to terminate the user's registration or user account, without obligation to compensate the user for any cost or damage.

The Agreement enters into force when the user accepts the offer to enter into such an Agreement. The product purchase agreement between the customer and Serendipity, trade for services and trade is concluded at the time of payment for the product.

On the occasion of the conclusion of the Agreement, the user will be provided with an electronic review and/or an email delivered to the email address containing: a confirmation of the concluded Agreement, i.e. a pre-contractual notice from Article 57, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette, 41/14) , these Terms, and the notice on the user's right to unilateral termination of the Agreement with the form for unilateral termination of the Agreement from Article 61, paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Act on Consumer Protection.

The user/customer can unilaterally terminate the Agreement within 14 (fourteen) days without giving a reason. According to Art. 79, paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette, 41/14), the user does not have the right to unilaterally terminate the Agreement if the service has been fully fulfilled, and the fulfillment has begun with his express prior consent and with his confirmation that he is aware of the fact that will lose the right to unilaterally terminate the Agreement if the service is fully fulfilled.

In order for the customer to be able to exercise the right to unilaterally terminate the Agreement, he must inform Serendipity, obrt za usluge i tradvorce, about his decision to unilaterally terminate the Agreement before the expiration of the term, by an unequivocal statement sent by mail (to Serendipity, obrt za usluge i tradvorno, Malogorička 42) or by e-mail to: info@bebecentar.com, in which they will state their first and last name, address, telephone number or e-mail address, order or invoice number. Also, the form for unilateral termination of the Agreement, which can be found on the web shop of the store in the section "Conclusion and termination of the contract of sale". The customer can fill out and send it electronically, in which case they will receive a confirmation of receipt of the notice of unilateral termination of the Agreement by email without delay. The deadline for unilateral termination of the Agreement is 14 (fourteen) days from the day when the goods that are the subject of the Agreement were handed over to the customer or a third party designated by the customer, who is not the carrier, or, in the case of services, from the conclusion of the Agreement.

If the user unilaterally terminates the Agreement, he will be refunded the money received from him, including delivery costs, without delay, and at the latest within 14 (fourteen) days from the day when Serendipity, trade for services and trade, or Web Shop receives the user's decision on unilateral termination of the Agreement. The refund will be made in the same way the user made the payment. In the event that the user agrees to another way of returning the paid amount, he does not bear any costs in relation to the return. Refunds can only be made by Serendipity, a trade for services and trade, after the goods have been returned to it.

The buyer is obliged to hand over the goods or send them to the address Serendipity, obrt za služeb i tradok, Malogorička 42, Zagreb without undue delay, and in any case no later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the day when Serendipity, obrt za službe i tradok, sent its decision on the unilateral termination of the Agreement. According to the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette 41/14, Article 77), the buyer must bear the costs of returning the goods independently. The customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods.

If, at the customer's request, the performance of the service began during the period for unilateral termination of the Agreement, the customer is obliged to pay Serendipity, trade for services and trade an amount that is proportional to what was delivered up to the moment when the customer informed Serendipity, trade for services and trade about the unilateral termination of the contract. You can fill out and send a copy of the form for unilateral termination of the contract, which can be found on our website, electronically or manually.

 

3. CONTRACT TERMINATION FORM / PURCHASE PROCESS CONDITIONS

The basic characteristics of the product (raw material composition, available sizes, and colors), prices, special promotions and benefits refer to those valid at the time the order is placed. The above data will be indicated with each product. The price of the product is visible in the shopping cart before the order is placed.

All information about the purchase confirmation based on the electronic order will be delivered to the customer's e-mail address specified in the registration/order process or in the shopping cart when entering data when concluding the order. All prices are expressed in Croatian kuna (HRK) in the Croatian section of the Web Shop. All prices of products and services offered on the website www.bebecentar.com do not include VAT because Serendipity, a service and trade business, is not included in the VAT system. Serendipity, trade for services and trade treats the selected products in the basket of the registered user as an order, and reserves the right to cancel it for a justified reason. In the case of cancellation of the order, Serendipity, trade for services and trade will inform the user of the aforementioned to his e-mail address or via the entered contact phone number, along with the reasons.

If the customer does not receive the order confirmation notification, there is a possibility that he entered his e-mail address incorrectly. In this case, the customer can contact Serendipity, a trade for services and trade at the e-mail address info@bebecentar.com or at the phone number +385 98 9546 595 to check whether the order has been received.

At the time of ordering an individual product from the offer, the user/customer (in the sense of the Consumer Protection Act) by agreeing to the Terms of Purchase confirms that, before concluding the contract, he has taken note of the information published on the Serendipity pay domain, craft for services and trade and its sub-pages, i.e. : name, title, OIB and registered office of the merchant, the ways in which he can express his objections; information on the products that are offered, and their name, main features as well as the price of the product, information on the costs of product delivery; as well as information on the method of payment, and the method and term of delivery of the product.

Web Shop bebecentar.com (to be paid by Serendipity, trade for services and trade) is obliged to deliver to the user/customer (in the sense of the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act) a confirmation of the aforementioned content in writing or another available permanent medium, as soon as possible, and at the latest at the time of product delivery. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the user/customer agrees that the confirmation of the prior notice will be sent to him by electronic mail to the e-mail address he indicates as a contact when entering his order.
